Complete renovation for the change of use of two high-end residential apartments to offices, in the building located at Avenida Diagonal 363.

Objectives of the assignment

Adapt two high-end homes for use as offices, maintaining the valuable elements that preserve the premium aesthetics of the property.
Ensure the functionality and comfort of a modern corporate space.

Functions performed as Project Manager

Coordination of the multidisciplinary technical team (architecture, engineering and interior design).
Management of the change of use process.
Control of the budget and project schedule.
Technical supervision of the work and quality control.

Main challenges of the project

Community conditions in facilities

Restrictions imposed by the community of owners for the installation of air conditioning equipment on the roof of the building.
