Project description and scope


Development of two multi-family buildings with a total of 40 dwellings with garden and swimming pool, distributed in first floor, four floors above ground and two basements for parking.

Objectives of the assignment


Delivery of the project under the turnkey modality.
Ensure that the buildings delivered meet the standards agreed upon in the project.
Ensure transparency and compliance with the contractual commitments derived from the swap.
