During the bidding process, the market context was marked by price instability and variations in construction costs, which made it necessary to revise the initial economic forecasts.

CrestaMap carried out a renegotiation process with the different agents and a technical adjustment of the project, incorporating equivalent solutions and materials that allowed maintaining the construction quality without compromising the budget or the client’s objectives.
