Complete renovation of a single-family residential house located at Bertrand Street, 3, in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, with a listed and protected facade.

Objectives of the assignment


Completely renovate the house to adapt it to the client’s current needs.
Preserve and enhance the value of the listed facade, complying with current heritage regulations.
Improve the energy efficiency and interior comfort of the house.

Coordination of the technical and construction teams.

Main challenges of the project

Intervention on a listed facade


Protected façade with heritage restrictions that conditioned the construction solutions and required specific approvals.
Worked closely with the architect, adapting the design and materials to meet regulatory requirements without compromising the functionality and aesthetics of the complex.

Budgetary limitations


Very reduced budget to face an integral reform.
Prioritization of essential actions, design optimization to reduce costs without losing quality and negotiation with suppliers and contractors to adjust the budget without renouncing to the project’s objectives.
