Management team

Sergi Mora

Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Master in Management and Valuations from the UPC, MBA (2004) from ESADE and PE Real Estate Strategy from IESE. He managed several projects for the expansion of Barcelona airport and was director of the activity of a holding of 8 development companies where he developed the projects and construction of more than 1,000 homes, 23 industrial buildings and the urbanization of more than 14 hectares of land. He is a specialist in the Management and Integral Direction of Projects and Works.

Barcelona Airport Expansion

PROJECTS as Staff Member in Project Management Team (1998-2004):

Drafting of the Master Plan for the Airport Expansion approved by the Council of Ministers in 1999.
Management of 7 Special Plans for the development of the 1,500 HA resulting from the new Airport.
Management for the expropriation of more than 700 HA of land.
Office Building for the Barcelona Plan.
New Terminal between tracks.
New Terminal Parking Buildings.
Urbanization of the Airport City.
Cargo Center expansion.
Regional Terminal.
New Control Tower.

PROJECTS as Project Manager Director (1998-2004):

Demolition of expropriated areas. More than 100,000 m² of roof (Camping Cala Gogo, Camping Toro Bravo, Camping 3 Estrellas and industrial estates associated with the former route of the C-31).
New building for the Civil Guard.
Military Air Base: Guard Corps Buildings, Troop Buildings, Heli-surface, Urbanization of the entire Sector, Decanter, Ammunition Building, Rehabilitation of the Sea House.
Platform services and cabs.
Relocation of Ricarda Farm (Deconstruction and Reconstruction).
Rehabilitation of modernist building of Puig i Cadafalch – Telegrafia Marconi.
New fencing of the airport enclosure including airspace.
